  • We offer individual, couple, and family sessions designed specifically for your needs. We work collaboratively with clients to determine treatment goals and prioritize the client’s voice.

  • Collaborative, compassionate and genuine. At RefineU, the goal is to provide each client with a specialized, unique experience and to meet each client where they are at in their mental health journey.

  • Insurance is not accepted at this time. All services are self-pay (out-of-pocket) with credit or debit card.

  • This is a fee for sessions to make therapy more accessible to clients, no matter their financial situation.

    Sliding-scale fees are set according to client income and availability is limited.

  • No, at this time, RefineU is strictly a virtual practice offering HIPAA-compliant telehealth services via video session.

  • Each session is 50 minutes.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel or reschedule through your Client Portal.

    If a session is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance, clients are charged a full session fee ($115 for individual, $165 for couple/family).
